A craftsman who passes on its know-how
Jean-Philippe Flatrès hasn't forgotten that he began his career as an apprentice before setting up his own business. That's why he wants to continue to build on this experience, and continually trains two apprentices in his business. Since setting up his business in 2008 in Fouesnant, Mr Flatrès has been able to take on 12 people: secretary, carpenter foremen, carpenters and apprentices now make up the team.
A geographical proximity ideal
Flatrès offers its expertise in carpentry, joinery, cladding and decking. Polimmo La Maison calls on Flatrès to build the framework and cladding for its single-family home construction sites throughout southern Finistère. In 2020, the company built 200 new houses for various customers! The team makes bespoke truss frames, cut on site.
