Interview with Céline, Sales Manager

Hello Céline, can you introduce yourself?

My name is Céline Cornec, and I've been Sales Manager for Polimmo La Maison and the Polimmo Group for 24 years.

Can you tell us about your role at Polimmo La Maison and what's at stake?

I help customers with their building project, from finding a plot of land to moving in. The stakes are high, because the aim is to design a project that meets their expectations. You have to be able to analyse their lifestyle and, above all, listen to what they have to say.

What qualities are essential for your job?

I think you have to be perfectly aware that a property project is first and foremost a life project, a substantial investment to be entrusted to someone you can trust. So I have to be a good listener and be committed, putting my knowledge and experience at the service of our customer's project, to make it unique.

How have you developed your career at Polimmo La Maison?

I was lucky enough to join a group that allowed me to grow with it. After selling new flats and building plots for 16 years, I wanted to go further with single-family homes, starting from scratch and designing the project with the customer.

Can you tell us about a typical day?

There's no such thing as a typical day in my job! My daily routine is punctuated by projects in progress, depending on their degree of urgency, site visits, meetings with customers in person or by videoconference, site visits, discussions with my network (craftsmen, surveyors, notaries, estate agents), prospect management, etc.
