From multiple guarantees
Polimmo La Maison works within the framework of the Individual House builder Contract (CCMI). This means you benefit from guarantees governed by French regulations:
- A guarantee of delivery at the agreed price and within the agreed timescale, which strengthens buyer protection. It gives you the certainty that your home will be built within the agreed price and timescale if the builder defaults.
- 5% deposit repayment guarantee, taken out by the builder when the contract is signed. This enables you to obtain the sums paid before the start of construction in the event that the builder defaults.
What's more, you'll benefit from other Polimmo La Maison guarantees:
- Perfect completion guarantee within one year of acceptance of the work
- In the two years following acceptance of the work, the biennial or good working order warranty
- 10-year guarantee against defects that make your house unfit for purpose for 10 years
- A partnership with a property damage insurer to offer you this insurance at a competitive price
