Hello, can you introduce yourself?
My name is Sylvain Mandrillon and I'm deputy director of the Polimmo group. I've been with the company since 2006.
Can you tell us more about Polimmo La Maison within the Group?
The development of the single-family homes business was born out of the Group's desire to offer a comprehensive range of housing solutions to meet the different needs of our customers as they build their homes. Polimmo La Maison offers a made-to-measure home solution, with strong support for our customers from the design stage through to handover of the keys.
What are the core values of Polimmo La Maison?
For me, respect for the customer, honouring commitments, listening and providing support are the main assets of our company.
Our great strength also lies in our local presence, the availability of our teams, transparency and the security of the Homebuilding Contract.
What challenges will Polimmo La Maison face in the future?
I think we need to anticipate changes in the market as building land becomes scarcer, adapt our construction methods to meet the new thermal regulations (RE2020) and keep construction costs under control so that we can continue to offer our customers custom-built, eco-responsible, quality homes at builder's prices.
