Hello, can you introduce yourself?
My name is Yannick, and I've been a draughtsman with the company for 3 and a half years. I started working here on the creation of the "Individual Homes" division for the Quimper (Polimmo La Maison) and Rennes (Maison D'en France Bretagne) entities.
What is your role at Polimmo La Maison?
My main job is to draw up the plans for the PC (*Permis de Construire) and EXE (*Plan d'exécution). These house plans can be modern, contemporary, traditional and single-storey homes according to our customers' wishes
What are the challenges of your job?
There are a number of issues at stake in my job: the plans for the planning permission must be drawn up in compliance with town planning regulations, and the EXE plans determine the smooth running of the construction. Organisation is the key to meeting contractual deadlines, although certain imperatives require changes to be made to what has been planned.
What qualities are essential for your job?
The qualities required for this job are knowledge of public works and construction standards, as well as a good understanding of town planning regulations. There is also an element of creativity, which is essential for the preliminary design phase.
What do you enjoy most about your job?
The aspect of my job that I enjoy the most is the creative side, in particular the search for technical solutions or optimisation.
Why did you choose to work for Polimmo La Maison?
Joining Polimmo La Maison was a new challenge for me, as I was creating the Individual Home Division within Polimmo after more than 7 years with my previous company.

Polimmo La Maison's main strength is its ability to adapt to the many demands of its customers and to support them throughout their project. The company's main challenge today is to ensure the company's long-term future and to help it grow, while preserving our DNA.
