In previous articles, we told you about the project of our customers, Mr and Mrs L. When they couldn't find a house for sale that met their criteria (i.e. a house with a master bedroom on the ground floor and a large living room), they turned to building their own home. After making initial contact with the Polimmo La Maison team at the Salon de l'Habitat in Quimper, Mr and Mrs L. completed their project in Plonéour-Lanvern.

Mr and Mrs L. set off on thea traditional and contemporary detached house. The Polimmo La Maison team came up with a proposal that met all the criteria and wishes of its customers: the plans include a master bedroom on the ground floor, a vast living room with large bay windows for maximum light, an open-plan kitchen, and an independent first floor with two bedrooms, all spread over 102 m2.

The team helped its customers find a plot of land in a very quiet area of Plonéour-Lanvern in south Finistère. The customers appreciated the fact that their budget was respected, and that the team was on hand to provide administrative support as well as overseeing the construction work. The house was delivered on schedule in September 2021, thanks to the close monitoring and the professionals involved in the project.
